I won tickets to creamfields however... Never got to use them as they didn't arrive till yesterday... (they were posted on the 21st) Can I claim the post office, just say I had to pay in? Anyone know? Instead of going I got wasted and listened to Sasha on the radio - not really the same.
Why, was it not a sellout? The letter said there was another 10 winners. Did you manage to sell the other tickets you had?

If they posted them on the thursday it would all depend what time the posted them to make the post for the next day (if u get me), you should at least complain to cream aswell i reckon

mine weren't posted till the friday, even without it being bank holiday weekend, i would still of not got them on saturday morning! totally gutted!!:evil: :evil:
Did you do anything about it? Post office said 1st class post is only up to the value of £28 so they should have been sent recorded delivery. The phone number for the post office claims is 08457 740 740.
defo will do craig! all they keep saying at the mo is that they have learnt their lesson by not sending the tickets out sooner, but it aint good enough lmao!!!:evil:
