Reading Tommy cooper biography, most naturally funny comedian/magician theres ever been:lol:

"sometimes i drink my whiskey neat, other times i take my tie off, and leave my shirt hanging out"

"walked up to the ice cream van, wife asks what can i get you, i said a large cone please, she says hundreds & thousands?i said no, one will do very nicely"

"I went to the doctors the other day and I said, 'have you got anything for wind' , so he gave me a kite"

"Went to the paper shop - it had blown away"

Legend Tommy Cooper. Remember this one:

''I went to the doctors the other day & he said how can I help. I said 'Doctor, I feel like a moth'. He replied well why have you come here then. He said because the light was on.''

So basic but funny as fuck, I might get that book next actually

simple jokes but you've got to have a chuckle like!

So I was in my car, and I was driving along, and my boss rang up, and he said, "You've been promoted". And I swerved.
And then he rang up a second time and said "You've been promoted again".
And I swerved again. He rang up a third time and said, "You're managing director".
And I went into a tree. And a policeman came up and said, "What happened to you?"
And I said, "I careered off the road".

Tommy Cooper is a total legend, all those jokes are proper basic but its the way he tells them. Theyre even funny when you read them because you can imagine the way he'd deliver them. Total genius :king:
