I am coming back to England for three months after Xmas. Are there any quiet but central places to stay in the city center? Gotta be furnished. Got a 18 month old girl so near some sort of park would be ideal. I've had a quick look on the net and Peel House looks nice. Whats it like near Exhibition Park? Willing to spend up to 700 a month and live the high life for a few months instead of staying with me Mum in Bensham.
Good to hear your back for a while. The hardest thing will be getting a 3-month contract as minimum is normally 6-month. As long as you explain the circumstances to the agent they should be able to sort something out though.
I lived there up until March this year. Was a canny flat, decent size, furnished, £600p.m for 2 people, and really quiet for being in the city centre as its across from Dance City and just along from Barn Asia. Only problem was that it was baltic as fuck. No matter how long you had the heating on it would never warm up - bit of a cunt with the weather last winter! Doubt you'd be able to get it for 3 months but its worth a try.
If you are looking for shorter terms, i'd consider Gum Tree, cos most of that doesnt involve agents, and generally is just a contract printed off the internet by some wannabe landlord. As such, the terms are flexible, and you can leave by giving a months notice or whatever, or just be honest up front. Alot of peoples even specially state they are vacant for certain periods.
Fucking come crawling back with your mongrol sprogs eh???? got your eyes on a Housing Benefit claim have we??? hahahaha
Anywhere nice near the Bigg Market so I can stroll down the Job Centre every second week and sign on for me and and my quarter wop kid? You massive spoon-faced shitrocket. How much (approx) is car insurance for a 28 year old with no claims for a small car?
